APPI Modified Equipment Pilates uses spring based machines and arc barrels to provide resistance and support strengthening and stretching, whilst ensuring optimum posture and muscle activation. Our fitness based and injury prevention Pilates are taught only by certified health professionals.
Classes are held in blocks of three to six weeks; bookings are essential so contact us for more information, to discuss the class schedule or to check for availability.

Extra Classes and Make-up Classes will be available in the School Holidays. Ask for more information.
